With 20+ years experience that started at Mercer HR Consulting, 8 years at CEB (now Gartner), a human capital best practices firm, and extensive experience serving in leadership roles, facilitating workshops, managing cross functional teams and serving on a non-profit board, I help organizations improve their work culture and accelerate the development of their talent.
