About Me

With 25+ years of human capital best practices experience, and extensive experience in leadership roles, facilitating workshops, managing teams, and serving on a non-profit board, I’ve deconstructed the root causes of bad culture, and see a clear path for organizations to integrate a culture of clarity, connection and collaboration into their strategy. I partner with leaders to prioritize greater cross-functional collaboration, a non-negotiable in increasingly complex and rapidly changing environments driven by AI. My clients have described me as a perceptive leader who listens with empathy, quickly pinpoints challenges, and provides clarity on next steps. I’ve been referred to as a ‘Swiss army knife’ of HR/OD/L&D strategies and solutions.

While North Star clarity on strategy is critical in setting an organization on the right path, implementation of program and process solutions is equally critical. I have multi-faceted HR/L&D best practices experience implementing solutions that accelerate people development including:

On a personal note, I’ve been married for 15+ years to my husband who is a phenomenal kombucha maker and my biggest cheerleader. I have two beautiful kids that make me laugh everyday, and two dogs I can’t imagine my life without. I love to travel, dance, and connect with others through conversation and shared experiences. I believe that a lifelong curiosity to learn and grow is a continuous source of joy.
