I partner with business leaders and their leadership teams to ensure their people/HR strategy is aligned with and supports the long-term business objectives of the organization. Depending on the needs of the organization, my partnerships range from serving as an external advisor to being a fractional leader such as Chief People Officer or Chief Learning Officer.
Workshop Facilitation
I deliver custom trainings and workshops at leadership offsites, corporate-wide functions, and sales kick-offs and conferences, including women’s leadership conferences. I also facilitate leadership offsites, board and strategy meetings, and high-level brainstorming sessions.
